Someone please PM my husband, SoCalDiscus, and yell at him for me! I was going to pick up this guy before Ridah did, and my husband said no. I was so pissed, but figured that with the potential size of this guy, we better be in agreement on him. So, seriously, tell him to listen to his wife! She knows a kick ass fish when she sees one.

Take care of him Ridah, or you'll be in a lot more trouble than my husband! hehehe j/k. Enjoy him. He's awesome. Oh, how's the gill curl. The massage method worked great for my tsn, and its never come back.

At least it's still in So.Cal so your not too far away from it =-) I have him finally out of my sump and in his own tank. I battled w/Ick when I first got it and it recovered fine. Then my OSCAR was beating the crap out of tearing up it's fin. So I had to put it in my sump to heal up and I did some re-plumbing over the weekend and set up a tank just for him/her? BTW - Now I can try the massagy on it since it's easier accessibility. I'll let you know.

Also, I heard you picked up the pleco from my cousin. Nice pick up and great deal.

Well, I am really having mixed feelings of keeping this cat.

I had it in my 600 and he seemed to be happy as he had room to move around. However, was getting picked on by my Oscar =-( I have it in his own tank at the moment however it's too small for it and I sense it's not happy =-( .......

I will make an attempt to add it back in my 600, but need a punching bag for my OSCAR?

Can anyone suggest a good target fish for my Oscar...maybe another Oscar?
