URI is an excellent bulb manufacturer that also specializes in T5 and VHO systems.
Here is a pic of my recent VHO conversion using URI bulbs...
URI 454 only.....
I prefer the 454 lamps to actinic lamps. Actinic lamps run near 420NM and the 454 average between 454NM and 475NM. They are bluer lamps, as actinics are traditionally more purple, and the 454's cause corals to fluoresce more.
