Reef tank update

Neglected in this case would mean-
the back glass and the front glass is dirty
one can see algea in the sand-I usually dont mind-But hate that for pics
The rock work has green hair algea growing on that-My params were off for acouple weeks-causeing most of my cleanup crew to die(costly mistake-But taken care) I hate algea period..there is no need for it
My corals are mis placed due to both of my red tips being Jerks right now(moveing and burning other corals in process-along with other things going on in this pic)

I'm sure there is more I am forgetting-But I'm busy and in a rush right now-

what could I do more-----Basically I never have the above mentioned problems....

wow if that's a dirty tank I can't wait to see it clean. and I usually don't like the salt tanks. great job.
