I hear you

. I'm picking up what you're putting down.
I'd argue that's what this place is supposed to be already. Endangered species aren't always banned from trade here in the US. Most of the banned species we have are species that are minimally threatened but which are able to adapt to and thrive in native US waters. So long as a species is endangered but not regulated, I don't see any reason why a similar situation can't exist here on MFK with endangered but non-regulated species. The problem that we have however, is that many endangered foreign species are more temperate than tropical and could easily establish themselves here, which results in them being regulated.
As to the quality of the stickies, I hear you on that. All it takes is someone who knows a thing or two about the subject at hand and a little free time to square it away. I've got the knowledge, but generally not the free time.
Stickies aren't set in stone. I'm always open to to volunteers willing to help bring our info up to date.
