Regular or Blue Gene JD

I recently posted a for sale thread and have been told that it's a blue gene by one person and regular by another.
Here are some pics, I really need to know.

The truth is no one can tell you that because physically there's no way to differentiate a "Blue Gene" JD from a regular one... they are exactly the same, one just has a recessive Blue gene. Being recessive means it has no effect over your appearance unless you posses two copies of the same gene (if both parents have it, 25% of their fry will be blue, 50% will have the recessive gene and 25% will be just regular JD).

It's like if both of your parents have brown eyes but you come out with blue eyes.

I can tell the difference ones blue and ones green
