Figure 10 pounds per gallon (Includes glass, substrate, etc). This is a pretty accurate rule of thumb. If your floor collapses from 550 pounds, i'd move out asap!

Yea the 75 will be fine as well. I met a guy that had a 180 gallon reef tank in his upstairs bedroom.
