so i just realized the most relaxing thing i do everyday is get on my laptop sitting in front of my 75 gallon fish tank watching my flowerhorn, convict, and jack dempsy swim around. they are just so relaxing. they don't even fight as much as you would think. the convict and the jd go at it every once in a while and then the flowerhorn comes in and breaks it up by attaching one or the other fish, but none of the fish ever get hurt or anything. they just have little skirmishes.

addicting isint it... im prettysure id be doing daily highways of coke again by now if it wasnt for my tanks..

i do the exact same thing with my laptop lol. Got my oscar, shark, clown loaches, tin foils, bumblebee cats, synodontis, and plec to keep me entertained

since iam physically diabled i spend lots and lots of time watching my fish interact..the biggest draw back to watching all that interaction is you keep thinking..i wonder how fish a or fish b would be in the tank with the current tank pets

Fishkeeping is what brings me peace. Just chilling in front of my tanks is great therapy, watching my happy fish do their thing. I also love the sound of flowing water. I wish i had a tank in my room so I could fall asleep to it lol.

That's what I do, too lol I keep thinking, "There's got to be a perfect combo that I just haven't come up with yet...." :-)

Watching my tanks is my coping skill lol. The best thing for me is when everyone is asleep, I have the house quiet and peaceful, and then I watch the fish tanks. :)

all my tanks are boreing when the lights are on, but very active when the light are out. =/
