Would say your petsmart trimac looks more like a trimac then mine. Never seen a trimac like this(first pics 2 months ago, second pic recent)

I don't know anything about trimacs, but found this thread interesting. The pics from Rapps have 3 spots along the body, the other pics do not. They do have similar shape though, but I would think the markings would be most important at this size. It will be interesting to see them in a year or so.

wow great thread, probably the only petsmart trimac I have seen that looks like an actual trimac.

One of the ones at our petsmart was actually orange, that was a dead giveaway.

I went to Petsmart last night and actually looked for some of these guys, they didn't have any. They had some awhile back called 3-spot cichlids.
