That is heartbreaking... Weim's are great dogs, too.
Though you don't know that the owner did this, it could have been from living on his own for who knows how long.

That's so heartbreaking. So glad there are people like your sister out there that are willing to help while there are so many others out there that simply look the other way. She's an Angel

well despite its anorexic state, its a good looking weimar! id get him fattened up (slowly! dont make him gain wait so fast that it kills him-hes not used to the caloric intake), and take him to the vet and see what needs to be done.. best of luck to your sis and her helpers! keep us UTD on this little guy!
