True...between the native gators and introduced pythons, a weak dog like that wouldn't have the greatest chances.

Hope he makes a full recovery

My sister just wrote this little note.. i showed her this thread and all your kind responce..... "thank you all for your support"... . I'm not the only one who rescued him but I am with a group.. i am going to help with food and vet bills. We collected about $90.00 yesterday so we bought 4 cases of his special food today. He is so sweet. I will keep you posted and send pictures as he gets stronger and fatter. Your all so sweet. It's really a group effort though.And we are going to help him live again...
