Rena xp or fluval 06?

Still haven't ordered the xp4 yet cause im waiting for amazon's price to go lower (Ive seen it lower before)
The fluval 406 is in the same price category, but from what Im hearing, people say the 406 is stronger despite the xp4 being rated for bigger tanks.
Still going for rena though, ill just add a powerhead...I want easy maintenance!

I have a 406 and it is the first canister filter I've ever used. It doesn't leak and i can stop the flow before unplugging the unit so when I plug it back in the syphon keeps going when I reattach the nozzle and open the valve. Love the thing but I got hosed on the price as I bought it from petsmart cuz I needed it fast when my hob went out on my tank. 200 bucks!
