Halfway there - waiting for the liner. Then comes the hard work.

What do you consider to be the hard work? Getting the liner in evenly or putting the finishing touches on everything, including the decking?

Next I’ve got to tear off the existing old deck, bring in an electrician to trench a separate service, sink screw piles for the foundation, and build a new deck and pool house.

Probably looking at a March finish - next summer will be nice though!
