Honestly unless you do dwarf cichlids sub 3-4” full grown 25% weekly isn’t going to work. Realistically you’ll be looking at 50% a week for any type of setup for decent livable water parameters with the normal cichlids. If you are beholden to the 25% maybe you should look at maybe 1-2 dwarf cichlids and then some type of small schooling fish.
