how do i report another member to a mod? for harrasment racism etc?

see that little red triangle icon with a "!" in the middle? its under each persons avatar use that to report an inappropriate post or privatge message

The report button feature is located in the bottom left hand side of each post. It is a triangle with an exclamation point within it.

how is it dealt with ? i dont know much about this forum sorry

The message or post you report will be sent to the mods/admin and they will review it and then hand out a warning or infraction or ban the member depending on the severity of the issue.

Ela - I would also use the ignore feature if things are getting heated...
