I wouldnt make it 4 foot high it will be a b!#ch to heat properly. Make it 4x3x2 and get a nice redtail boa or a smaller monitor or tegu. or get a few ground dwelling lizards in it.

Those are strange dimensions for any ground dwelling animals, but would work well for Panther chameleons or veiled chams. Good overall shape for a Green Tree Python or Emerald Tree Boa, although it does not need to be that big for a GTP.

I would get a pair of Green Tree Python. They would be great in that size enclosure. Just read up about them cause they can be picky eaters.
