thanks for posting the pics man, great to see all that stuff.I was thinking i saw a lot of high price tags too.I normaly dont see gtp that high and some other things but its not in cali either.I just realy thought that these shows were supposed to be way less than the normal prices.Any blue tounge skinks?

I did notice that some of the prices were high, but some were quite good. It's just a fact that captive bred animals cost more. A few of the prices like on the gargoyle gecko pic were for a breeding pairs or trios.

I did see a few BTS but I don't recall what they were going for.

must be nice to live in a state where hots are legal lol. very cool pics, im drooling from the leachianus. its funny, cuz some of the price cards i recognize from dealers that come to st. louis

That leachianus was huge, about as big as my shoe, lol! He also was just a display animal and not for sale. But I did see a few others for sale and they were pricey.

wow, i want that gaboon:drool:

i went to one down here a few years ago, it's the one that's ussally held in california for national reptile breeders NRB something or other- that one was HUGE!. they are alot of fun and very very tempting, i want to buy everything when i go to them.

I really enjoyed that! Thanks for posting!!!!

I actually saw quite a few BTS's there.......Most of the smaller ones were going from $50-$65 then some of the bigger ones were going for $110-$150 I was real tempted to get one.......

The show is in Hamburg, PA. It's off Rt 78, west of Philly. It's one of the biggest shows on the East Coast.

Those chondros seemed pretty reasonably priced. The Nambire is most likely a farm-bred import, $325's not too bad. You also have to consider the Hammburg, PA show is close range to many "ChondroCoalition" people (chondrocoalition.com)

Now if anything is over priced at expos these days it's BPs. I'm still waiting for the market on them to come tumbling down. Pieds and albinos should have been under $1k long ago! From what I understand the Daytona NRBE was virtually nothing but ball pythons in 2006 and 2007. I'm never been, but for someone that would like to it's sad knowing the many of the 450+ tables at that expo are mostly balls.
