I do own captive bred hogs and can tell you the feeding problems do not just disappear because they are captive bred, one particular snake will not feed if the mouse is not brained AND soaked in tuna juice, and there is no way anyone can "research" how they would react to venom, I know of more than one cases that caused permanent nerve damage around the bite wound.
From what I've read, if you're allergic to bee stings, you're most likely gonna be allergic to any rear fanged bite. I'm not sure if that's accurate or not but I've read it in a few threads.
Venoms all have very different make ups, the bee sting thing is a myth. The location and severity of the bite will play the major factors in the reaction that occurs.
Why are you so worried about hoggie venom? It is very unlikely that you will have any bad reactions to the bite. The only thing that happened to me ( and even this isn't likely to happen) was I got bit, and i got a small amount of redness around the bite. As I said, this is very unlikely to happen, even if you do somehow manage to get bit.

Ya. I wouldn't trip about hognose venom. I got chewed on by my old mangrove snake and nothing happened to me.
I think you should still keep hognose snakes on the list. Even though some have a reputation for being picky, most that are sold are already feeding well on pinkys and their care is pretty basic as well as their small size as long as they don't get the Madagascan one that gets like 6ft.
Hey im perfectly fine with hognose snakes on the list...but this thread really didnt get much attention to the idea of a guide like this...and the few who did checked it out begged to differ....
However i will put the list together since i have all the research saved on my phone...then i guess we will debate on the topic.
As im pretty sure your likely not to have a reaction...but it is possible.
