Awesome tank,Now I think I can sorta tell the width part of it,which I just wasn't seeing earlier.;):D

As for Jars getting over 20" I have seen many around 2 foot,a few pushing 30" and the one in the monitor exhibit in Mandalay Bay shark Reef in Las Vegas is every bit of 3 feet in 750 gallon of water (someone back me up on that).....

heres a pic of it next to a 2 foot gourami

great setup and great specimens! definitely looking forward to updates as the tank setup develops further.

as for the jardini, unfortunately the majority of what has been said about this species in the thread so far is true...they are very aggressive/territorial, and generally do not get along with other fishes. it's too bad because they are a great looking species, just happen to generally terrorize tankmates. you never know if yours is an exception, so you can just keep an eye out for aggression...you should get a clear warning sign or two before things get really out of hand, just be prepared to put the fish somewhere else. best of luck!

...and looking forward to more pics!--

Thanks-
I will just have to keep a close eye on this guy for the time being....I'll beable to check on him and the setup today to see if things are still going smoothly or not.....

I will be sure to keep everyone updated as the tank changes.....
Once again-Appreciate the kind words everyone...
