i have one large 11+inch and two 6inch oscars in the same tank, at present they swim around together...

Oh heck no, I don't have 4 in one tank. I've got 1 in a 250 g with a Chocolate Cichlid & some 1/2 grown Geophagus. Then I have 2 in one 125 g and 2 in another 125 g then this little one in a 70 gal. Be prepared for your 2 smaller ones to reach sexual maturity-then the brawls can really start <g>.
