Rescued a 7 inch pleco today

It's in a quarantine tank(20) with a 3 inch Texas cichlid. Will the Texas be safe?

that looks like a common pleco (P. Pardalis) so it should be fine

anytime if you get a side shot in tank I can confirm 100% it's a pardalis

yup P. Pardalis. All plecos are poop factories I can vacuum all poop up and come back an hour later and you couldn't tell but I have 3x 10-12" plecos and 7x 4-6" plecos in my main tank

I may need to start a new thread but figured I'd give it a shot since you own many plecos. How is mine looking? It's been pretty much lifeless and looks like it's find are clamped. Can't tell if something is wrong with it's eye.

I just noticed something I was wrong on ID it is actually P. joselimaianus the gold spot common pleco, I'm not sure why I didn't notice it I've got a 12" one named Waldo. He just looks a little stressed. What are you feeding him? Also does he have somewhere dim to hide?
