Just rescued that little guy today. The shop had him housed with a H. Wykiodes and he was getting beaten up pretty bad. I had to do something about it (which included a huge arguement with the owner that I wanted the yarelli, not the wykiodes.

I've heard anywhere from 4 to 7 feet long max. Hope you got an extra swimming pool in the basement... Nice pickup! Why did the owner push you so hard to buy the wykiodes instead of the yarelli?

Well because the wyckiodes was still 100 percent and the yarelli is missing a whisker and lots of frayed fins.
I'll be able to house the guy fine. Its just the question of the quarentine tub/pond, and Im hoping to fix my other pond in the near future but if my mom plans to destroy it, I'll get a cattle through of the same size.
