One my name is not sport and two I took the picture with my cell phone and it is next to a window with the sun glaring threw. My water is crystal clear.

What might have done him in is improper acclimation. In most cases, floating the bag with the fish for temp and slowly adding your tank water to the bag over time for other parameters (pH, etc) is enough. However, since your water is good quality (low nitrates) and the tank the aro was kept in probably had massive amounts of nitrate, the sudden lack of dissolved organic compounds may have shocked him to death.

I actually got him from the guy that did the rescue. i had him for a week so I dont think the acclimation was the issue. I just think him being treated bad for so long just finally took its tole,

How long was he with the guy that did the rescue? Did he feel that he had stabilized him enough to go through the stress of another transfer?

It's ironic that sometimes these fish get acclimatized to bad water and when they get to good water, their system is not strong enough to adjust.

At least you tried. Props for the effort at least.
