I've read the warnings on just about everything that this and other websites say that are alright to use on tanks. Also have read about many of others experiences resealing tanks. They pretty much all can either harm your lungs with the acidic vapors during the curing process, that usually takes two days to cure to be waterproof. Or have chemicals that permenantly do damage to your nervous system and brain cells. Once damage is done, there's no 'healing' process to mend them. And if you didn't think it smelled that strong after a while that's because you get use to it and don't notice it as much. Just like putting cologne or perfume on, you can't smell it after a while, but if someone else walks into the room you're in they can notice it right away. Do you know what I'm trying to say? Hope so. Good Luck with your tank.
