resealling a 220gal

I am more wondering how long to wait for it to do a water test. I had a very constant bead going down the edges, But rather test it in the basement with cement floors then up on hardwood floors. So wait a few more days till I test it with water?

I would wait 3 days minimum. If you can stand to, wait until this weekend. That way you can fill it up in the morning for test fill, and will be there all day in case anything goes wrong. That will give it 6-7 days of curing, which should be more than enough.

I dont mind waiting. Although weekends are not my friend. Since I work in the food industry. But I have plenty of work todo yet, stand, canapy, beef up floor supports, and re-arrange the living room for the tank.

well I tried to to fill the tank on Monday. It started to leak after i had only 8 gallons in it. So i watched the water come out and tried to pin point were it was coming from. I guess in the process i didn't smooth out my bead on the inner support pieces. and didn't get the front right corner very well. so I spent today cleaning the silicone out along those spots and going to reseal tonight. But doing the curing process I did get the stand started.
