stability or API combo with stess zyme and coat.
u need to watch your water parameter daily tho (and need to take action immedietely if things things out of control, like WC) with that method unless u fishes r hardy.
some will add stability and man made ammonia to build up the BB.

If you can get some filter media from an established tank and put it in you filters it will be safe for your fish right away. I always have a couple of sponge filters running in my sump so I can move them to new tanks I start up.

what about hooking up my 2 fx5s to my current running 75g and then doing a water 50-60% WC from my 75 into my 210 when I put the FX5's back on the 210 after about 4 days of them running on the 75 getting BB built up in them?

Are the FX5's New? So they don't have any BB in them?

FX5's are not new all 3 sections of media have been removed heavily rinsed with hot water to remove any debri then it was placed in a large pot and boiled for 15 minutes at a time with a water change then put to boil for another 15 minutes totalling in 4 water changes and 45 minutes of high heat boiling then have left the media to dry in a well venilated room. I have gotten all new filter pads as well as the fine filter pads that go on top of the media. So what is the next step to get this tank up and running safely for my 7 peacock bass
