well i think i should have no problems with mine since im in a tropical country i will try do they have to be a specific species or can they all breed?
 
They are easy to breed. Question is do you have a place inyour house cool enough? Maybe buy a lil mini fridge. You will need a lil bit of room if you want a self sustaining population
 
because they live deeper in the soil generally where it is cooler than the surface temperature.

in a cooler environment, they consume less and therefore excrete less waste. basically they slow right down and can be kept for longer durations.
when it's warmer, they feed and crap more, and will start dying and stinking up the place rather quickly.
 
k well i have a update i finnaly got her eating pellets but she still wont eat enough so she looks like she is getting skinny what should i do to help her fatten up??
