it looks like the same color as its food.

Not that I was aware of. It was more brown when I had the sand in there, but I took the sand out to clean out all the un eaten food. Easier that way (I think). Thanks for all the comments fellows. One of the most interesting rays I have ever kept....well, maybe because it was my first ray.
