Don't fret on them not eating, mine take 4 days everytime before they will eat the black worms. If they still have a yolk sac at all they won't be eating. I would say divide the tank if at all possible I just slid in a piece of eggcrate and that worked. Normally other rays won't pick on the babies, or at least that has been my experience, however I learned real quick that the other rays eat all the food long before the babies have a chance at it. What I did was get a 30 gallon tank and plumb it into my main system so they were still getting the benefits of a large system of water with the convenience of haveing them in an easy to get to tank. I think there is a picture of my ray tank with the pup tank hooked to it in my gallery. It is plumbed through the wall. Great to hear somebody else is having retic pups. I had my first litter or retics born captive last August and now she is expecting her 4th litter. She will get seperated in the main tank soon so she can have a break. Again Congrats!
