I just wanted to give a little update on my retics! I got them both and they were pretty thin but I fed them both a lot and they both seem to be pretty happy! Let me know what everyone thinks! The male is the darker, and the female the lighter.

Looking good! Are they eating pellets? Is that a bare heater in the 4th picture?

Nice pair. Hope you have great luck with them most people seem to have issues with them but like them allot.

They do eat a few shrimp pellets every once and a while when i mix them in but I want to get them fattened up before I really try to switch them to straight pellets and market shrimp. Yes it is a bare heater, but I have had no issues with them getting near it or hurt on it. I am still trying to figure a better way to heat the tank so that is not bare like that, but I can't seem to figure out anywhere else to put it so I am going to try to make some form or a stingray friendly cover for it. Do you have any ideas for it? It is a 75 gallon grow out tank. I am purchasing a 341 gallon pond for them in the spring.

Thank you! I love them! I spend a lot of time making sure they are happy as can be for that very reason. I want to get another female with a different pattern when I can find one!

Unit around heater and then make sure you have good flow over the heater element.
