WOW, its kinda scared me. stupid as that sounds, but the way he describes it just reminds me of when i got my feeding response bite, just thought completely rationally, talking to him calmly and thinking i cant let him get out because ellie is in the room.

im pretty sure any large snake owner knows this.

but there is the moment where u have your first close shave/bite that ur respect REALLY grows and u realise just how powerful this animal is.
u always know it can kill u but until u have an experience where ur put to the test against this animal, u realise that yes, it CAN and WILL kill u.
