Reticulatus with wound

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
bump for a good guy!

... whatever the cause is(?)... i would have added salt to prevent fungus and/or bacterial infections. When my rays get wounds i add 3-4 tbs per 100 liter (also keep the water as clean as possible of course).

Maby something fell on it..? Roots, rocks etc? Tankmates?

I only have a few rocks on the side and they are still in the same position as always. They cant really move.

The only big tankmate is a plecostomus.

Could he have squeezed between the rocks, for some reason?

looks like a scrape

watch that the pleco dosnt start sucking on the wound

He's mostly active in the night. How will I see if he's been sucking on the wound? And wont the stingray defend itself if that happens?
