I'm thinking I'll go with a AC 110. This way if I decide to ditch carbon all together it will be easier to replace it with another media.

Well, I got the ac110 and have been running it for awhile now. About 6 hours after I started running it my water was SO crystal clear!!! I still have my UGF running too.
I got some egg crate for underneath the rockwork, and some aragonite sand and crushed coral for the base. I'll probably do a thin layer of the gravel I already have in there under the sand.
Tomorrow is the big day!!!

I have two AC 110s an a fluval 403 on my 120. water is crystal clear. with the AC110s I have 1 1/2 of the foam blocks in them along with the Bio max that comes with them. the fluval is filled 2/3 with crushed lava rock an 1/3 foam.
