Reverse disc curl? HELP!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
The ray market in western canada is fairly small so word of mouth will definetly make or break your ability to sell nationwide. If the company rectifies the problem and then learns what is involved in the care and proper shipping of rays it would be great to see another player here.

Not if I have something to say about them on the boards and send pms to everyone I know. That will be more then just one customer. So it would be in there best interest to rectify the problem.
Unless its a big chunk like 3/4 of their customers, I really don't think they're going to care. It's kind of like TFD, theres been multiple complaints and many people have heard of their reputation, but they're still going like nothing's happened, most of the time, they don't rectify or even care, they even still have their attitude problem on the phone LOL.

It's a shame you were sent to 2 motoros in such poor shape. Hope the one makes it for you.
Glad to hear the other cb rays are ok.

Died last night! He told me these where two of the best rays he had and where eating fine before they where shipped. What a joke! So far all he will do on the $500 order is a $200 credit. I guess I learned my lesson the hard way. Well if it doesn't get better other people won't be ordering from them either.

i wouldn't buy any ray that i hadn't seen feeding

get a video sent its easy

If it was feeding well the company selling the rays really need to learn that rays need to eat alot more than they are feeding. Very skinny ray. If they had fed it enough I'm sure it would have been strong enough to fight through those ammonia burns. Sorry about all the bad luck.

If he said those two were the best, I would love to see the ones that are in bad condition.

This is just ridiculous.

I doubt those rays had eaten in weeks, if not longer. Their tails were both so skinny, they had no fat reserves left. The stress of the shipping coupled with no food is what did them in. If by chance they were eating, then they've probably got internal parasites that were preventing them from absorbing any nutrients. Not to mention the 'royal' looks unlike any marble I've ever seen...

Best of luck with the shipper and a refund...

Honestly the rays need to be pumped till they are fat, and starved a few days before shipping so there is less ammonia produced during shipping. The ray then would have reserves to handle the few days of starvation.

Those rays, have not been eating well for a long time. They looked doomed from the start.

I dont think i have ever seen a ray with that skinny of a tail..the rays were i horrible condition. Looks like the seller had no idea on how to care for rays. sorry for the loss.
