Cool thank's, that will really help with the headache of that small gap that would keep sucking down little pieces of food and etc., that would clog up and defeat the purpose of rugf in the first place.

if it were me, i would run a cannister filter and return its output under the gravel.........that keeps you from pumping dirt under the gravel.......it will help clean the gravel and provide great bio filtration.
