I also feed my pit mixes Taste of the wild. I did blue buffalo for a while but taste is a lot cheaper but still a good kibble. My local store has 2 30lb bags for $69, when on sale so I usually stock up. I add cottage cheese once in a while and supplement with steam broccoli/carrots and chicken breast meat. The kibble is the staple though. Turds always solid and coat nice and glossy.

Be forewarned: the buffalo version gives my dogs some toxic gas. They love it, so I deal with it.

I like orijen/acana for dry food. I am not a big fan of any of the others mentioned for various reasons.

I used to feed my pug those brands and really liked them. My English Bulldog is on taste of the wild lamb formula with a capful of Apple cider vinegar and a tsp of coconut oil mixed in and she has the softest fur out of any dog I've owned
