Rhom and Dovii

I have a7 in Rhom in a 180g tank and I wanted to add a 9 in Dovii. I'm Wondering if anyone has tried to add a Dovii or Jag. If so how did it go.

this is a crazy question, im sure you know how it would go, the weaker fish gets ripped apart...

Thanks everyone for the info. I decided not to get the Dovii I hate to loose my Rohm.

Thats why I posted the question on MFK.

battle to the death = worst case.
rhom terrorizes the cichlid and nips every fin and the tail off the cichlid = best case.
not fair to either fish in both cases.

I would def not mix these two. Rhoms should have a species only tank, and Dovii are just plain aggressive.

rhoms shouldn't even be kept in a species tank, solo only...though one may get away for a while with some small or fast moving fish
