all rhoms could potentially grow past 12" it just tales time and good care
peruvian are the ones mostly seen at that size since they are the cheapest and a 14" vinny would be like $1000 as opposed to a $500 peruvian
all rhoms can grow that size the only drawback is its genetics (sizes of parents...)
