Rhom or geryi

When you posted this same question on our UK forum, you stated that you really are after a rhom? Most of us said that if you want a rhom then get a rhom.
At the end of the day, the fish are for your pleasure so keep whatever you want and don't be persuaded to keep something you don't like just because of its rarity/price etc.
As long as you get the enjoyment out of it, thats all that matters.

I would prefer a larger rhom over a Geryi .

I personally like the way the geryi looks and its rarity is hard to top.. i have an irritans and a large brandtii.. next is an altuvie and geryi.. rhoms are kinda common in piranha terms.. but like it was said you gotta keep what makes you happy..

Geryis' look nicer than Rhoms when they grow to full adult size.. keep the Geryi...

Not talking about the price. You have more chances to get a big rhom than a big geryi in asia. I heard one guys just bought a 15" rhom even inside mainland china last month.
