RIGHTY HO. I'M ON MY WAY.

What I would recommend:
HOB filter : AquaClear 20
HOB Skimmer : AquaC Nano Remora
Circulation Pump: 2 Koralia nano (one for each side)
10+ lbs of Live rock
Aragonite reef sand
Lighting: Coralife Mini (I would add lunars to it as well)
Heater: Hydor Theo

when it comes to water changes just check your water paramters often and change it as need be. Keep in mind that swings happen fast in a small tank and if this is your frst, you will need to be very diligent about checking it. Most people would not recommend such a small tank for a first time salt tank, but if that's what you can do, God speed.

Be patient. More patient than you think you should. Let your tank cycle for 2 weeks before adding anything. I know alot of people do the "damsel test" to make sure your tank is compatible. This is fine but remember that those little buggers are aggressive and either get rid of it or don't put any other damsels (this includes clowns) with it.

I buy water from my LFS (1.025 premixed saltwater is $1.25/gal and RODI is $.60/gal) and since your tank is small this is feasible for you too as well.

You can keep a clownfish in a 10g just make sure it's like a percula or ocellarius. Max size is 4" and you should be ok. Add a bottome dweller like a sand sifter goby and you'll be golden.

I think I'll skip the hob filter. Doesn't do much imo. Skimmer, I will do but once I've got the tank running. I agree on the powerheads. I've already got the live rock, sand and I don't need the heater, as my water stays at 75-79 degrees year round.

Not my first salt tank, and I will definitely keep up with water changes because I do realise the dangers of having such a small environment.

I have actually been thinking of getting rid of "Killer", my damsel. But I haven't decided yet.

I've got a RO system, so I think I'll use that for this tank. Got the salt mix as well just taking up space in my stand.

Alright....If I do get rid of Killer, I'll probably do this.
Thanks
