Yeah definitely, he's fast becoming my new favorite. Thinking of getting rid of his tank mates and leaving him solo. Oddly enough he likes hanging with the hartwegi.

And I didn't know the lateral line was a stress mark for bifa's thought it was suppose to be there 24/7.

Been about 2 months now since I got him, thought I'd post a quick update. The red is really starting to pop now I think it's due in part to the feeding regiment I got him on.
So here goes a bunch of pics.....

DUDE! He is beautiful!!!!! Makes me way happier that I just got one! LOL Mine has lesser reds and alot more golds. You'res is bigger too... LMAO I don't mean... uhhh never mind..

Im pretty sure hes the same as what you have. Hes pretty close to you'res! Not as much red but lots of gold! There was only 5 at the place I got him from. Of them all he was the goldest. Another I almost got was very dark. Unique I thought but he was also getting picked on so I didn't wan't my guys to get him even more....

I need to get a camera BAD!
