Rio Heridia Dovii

Heres my flowerpower F1 male dovii. This is my 1 month progression shot since getting him on 1-28-2011.

He was barely 3 inches when I got him. He's a good 4 inches now. A little behind his sibling "Jason's guy" in the size dept. , but he is progressing.

Notice the blue on the gill plates and above.

No.

The dovii is in a 29 gallon grow out tank and Jr General is in my 75.

The other day I did put Jr General with the dovii in the dovii's tank for a few minutes too see how they got along.

Jr General went after the dovii and the dovii did not want any part of it. Dovii got pushed in his own house.

I did not let it get physical but Jr was ready to beat some tail.

Jr General is a bada$$ for sure
 
LOL thats too funny. Yeah bro, every time i see that umbee pic in your avatar i see male all the way!!!:) he has a great profile. you have gotten a beast on your hands now;) The greatest thing about Umbees is they keep get better looking! talk about ugly ducklings:) lol and you will now have the chance to watch a beautiful male umbee come into his own over time. I find myself watching my umbees more and more as they bloom:)
 
I will admit that I enjoy my umbee much more than the dovii.

The umbee is a free swimmer constantly roaming. The dovii just hangs in his cave all day.

The dovii spooks easy and never comes up to me like the umbee.

As nice as my dovii will look when he matures , it will not look as beautiful as The General.

The General is my favorite Umbee with the umbee photographed below as my very close 2nd.

This guy is a stunner !!!
