okay well take this into consideration, fogo have never been imported before to the states seichii (japan) only has a couple and their his personal peice of the cake and he got his a while ago. brazil=no cichla export unless you got a permit granted by the government and you cant get them easily in general, plus xingu cost from 500+ and its been there 3rd time for sale this year, in small amounts. now a couple fogo would probably not be cheap so i would thik anyplace from 800-1200+ would be a price reasonable for them.

i hope they come around but at the same time i dont want big distributers to come and bomb the market with fogos and ruin the name of our pbass for a while. i mean us cichla keepers have lost alot of value in our cichla in the past year, i would have never though cichla kelberi would be 35$. never, non the less orinos for 15, and azul for 100.. you know what im sayin? its great but at the same time you think wow.... 35$ kelberi at my lfs monos go more then that!

yeah i here ya. it could be bad news if your into cichla for the money. me, im in it for the passion. i love cichla, and i love orinos even more. i didnt buy the rio negros cause i feel i could make a buck when they get bigger (would be nice though!!) i bought them cause they my favorite orino and they gonna look sweet with the rio meta and my other unidentified orinos.

yea i know man your setup looks pretty insane with all the orinos its a treat every time. lets see these new grow outs in the future though its gonna really be amazing.
