Are we expecting more to come in?

BTW, I am very confused with all these orinocensis imports in the last few weeks. Everyone is selling orinos all the sudden and how do I know who to trust?
for the time being, you have better odds of finding a leprechaun riding a unicorn in Atlantis :D seriously though, it will prob be a very long time before we see these again according to Wes. since rio negros come from brazil and exporting is illegal, the fish can only be collected to be done with special govt permits.

as far as the rest of the orinos youve seen, what is it that youre questioning? whether theyre actually orinos?

I got 10 orinocensis from Jeff. Few died shortly after I received them of ick. The remaining are orinocensis in no doubt. I am just like all you thinking to collect them according to collecting location OR batches, but WHAT IF they all actually came from "that" same guy in south America and distributed to different vendors here?

i highly doubt. the rio negros i got are visibly different than the ones that came from rapps, just look at the the pics that james has posted in this thread and his.

as for all the other guys that have come from rapps, rich, riverwonders, snook, etc etc....i have a feeling that none of these are truly wild caught. it just doesnt make sense to me. sure, maybe they came from south america but im thinking theyre F1+, bred in captivity down there. i have a hard time believing that all these thousands of tiny orinos that have been flooding the market were all caught in the wild. i have a similar opinon of all these azuls and kelberis floating around too.

BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats just my opinion. i have nothign to back it up with and im not trying to start anything, again, just the random thoughts running through my head :) are they true orinos? yes, 100% no doubt about that. are they ALL actually wild caught? i highly doubt it
