To further specify the only reason this mistake was made was because when Jeff went to net the bass he originally intended to send to me all of the bass in the tank assumed their "fright patterns". This made it remarkably hard to differentiate between the two species in the state they were in at the time. This had nothing to do with Jeffs ability to tell the difference between the two species under normal circumstances or inability to record a customers order properly.
Good guy! He really should keep all his species separate.
This just shows mistakes happen but at least it's all cleared up and with a good outcome in your favor.
We are very lucky to have the vendors we have in this hobby. I've had bad experiences in my other hobbies with virtually no customer service. Both Wes and Jeff have gone way above and beyond in my experience to make sure their customers are happy, even when it was not their fault or even requested of them.
I agree that this hobby could have shaky service, but luckily that hasnt been the case for the most part.
