Rio Tumbes Male Festae!

Hmm.. When you gonna post pics of that female in hiding;) lol I wish i had more tanks:( i sold off all the fry from my Esmeraldes pair and its looking like im gonna regret that move... I just dont have enough space to hoard all the festae that i want;) I have two batches right now growing out from my fireball pairs that are 1-2" now. I am hoping to get the groups into maturity sizes to get a few pairs to choose from before selling. this way ill get the chance to see a few of them color up before they go to their new homes:)

Jimmy you are right about that festae looking great at that size. your male is spangled up like crazy with a high profile. However, he is not Rio Tumbes. He has Ecuador written all over him. The profile is to tall to be a Tumbes and I have seen, owned, and bred too many festae not to know the difference between Rio Tumbes and Ecuadorian festae. He is something to be proud of for sure! Tumbes NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:shakehead
 
Whatever dude! Shouldn't you be OVER CHARGING somebody for fish somewhere in America. Y'all are always trying to knock something, especially Dan's stock, so you can price gauge those that don't know better. The festae I got from Will looked great I can't lie. They small festae I got from you, not so great and I gave them all away. I'm too old, amd got too much time in the hobby to buy in like the rest of the sheep. I got news for you buddy, people In the know were talking about you at ACA and it wasn't all that great, I just sat back and listened. Who dat!

A few 9eople even jokingly said that you would be the only one to talk smack about the fish, well what do you know they were right? Lol

Great looking festae dude! I just picked up 2 that look like males for my 6" femaie to see if they will pair up. Hoping to get a male which grows up to be that translucent orange/red tone. Good luck with your fish!

Whatever You New comer! Remember when you first got on here you were asking people if you posted your festae on here. Could they tell you where they were from Ecuador, Peru or Colombia?:confused: Now you say you have years of experience. All one has to do is research you and see that you are an amature at best. Just because you have age on you doesn't mean you know anything.This new found love you have for Dan is Laughable.:lol2: What you don't know is I use to talk to Dan everyday for a long time. You told me they were for your boy in Tampa in the first place. Come on dude. Don't Crawfish on me now! Funny thing though, The ones you got from Willl and the ones you got from me were brothers and sisters. You let Dan put you out there like a foolish puppet. Dan knows all what he has told me about raising his own fish and selling them for more and the fact that he knows that the festae that are being sold are probably farmed raised. I guess he found you and many others on here to use as his puppet. The bottom line is look at my fish and look at all the trash that has been sold in the pass 3 1/2 years. So as far as you all talking about me at the ACA Thank you!!!!!:) I am a firm believer that when someone is talking about me, they are giving others a break. All you talkers do is talk talk talk. I don't have to drum up support create fake screen names or get people to buy anything from me. I am a hobbyist. Not a puppet and not misinformed as you yourself shows. Don't be a puppet anymore!:)
 
Bro I ain't new. I worked at Aquarium Imports 20+ plus years ago and used to get Festae In Erics Moms back yard. I got out hobby and got back in when I moved home from Tampa after Katrina. I ask questions to see what everybody sez. Festae are the most Common fish I own. Do you collect your fish yourself? Are you a ichthyologist? Do you have stamped papers from your expeditions in South America? Don't you order and resell your fish? Didn't you used to resell Dans fish too? If you wanna hate, HATE! I don't care bro! My fish look good!

No Buddy! You got it wrong. That is where I met you all those years ago at the pet shop. I see you have a bad memory. I know you had festae back then and you didn't know quality back then and you don't know now. If you knew anything about festae, You would not have purchased all that trash when you did get back in to the hobby. I did not insult this festae you have on here. I just told you that it is not a Tumbes. You were waiting to say something smart to me because of all that talking you and your buddies are doing. Talk Talk Talk! I love it! I remember when you got back in the hobby and was lapping all the trash festae up you could find. Ask your boy Dan how I met Him. I ordered fish for TruMidasKing on here. I ordered Midas, Trimacs and RTM. When they arrived. Of course they were not Midas but labiatus. TruMidasKing is still upset to this day. Some of the RTM had messed up mouths and the gill plates on some of the trimacs were deformed. He paid Dan's price not one cent extra. Keep being a puppet! It took months of chasing and emailing Dan and texting him for TrueMidasKing. I met Dan selling trash. Then I ordered Festae for another guy from Dan and when the 1/4 fry arrived he was pi_ _ed for paying my price for such small fish. He even contacted Dan. By the way that same guy purchased a flawless pair from me after Dan's tiny festae wigglers. I never have to go and collect my own fish. I never stated I did. I never lie about whether they are wild or not or whether They are Ecuadorian or Peruvian or not. You have a nice fish that you are at the mercy of Dan on where it came from. Of course you will say now, It does not matter you have a nice fish. That's all you could say. You post fish up here and I guess everyone has to agree or they are hating. Dude I don't have to order Festae I have Thousands! I don't have to go and collect them when I knew where to get the good good from. I breed now and know that I don't have any of the trash festae that has over populated the hobby. Next time don't be so fast to strike and get your puppet on!:)
