Hi, thanks very much for the feedback, always a bit apprehensive when showing new displays.
This tank is 8 x 2+ x 3ft wide.
Stocklist:
Astatheros. robertsoni x3
exCichlasoma pearsei
Paratheraps bifasciatus x3
Thorichthys pasionis x4
Vieja heterospila x2
Hypsophrys nicaraguensis x2 temporary.
The wood is sawn to a thin point near the ends. This enables me to slot the wood inbetween the tank and background, creating the look of the wood breaking through the surface.
Yes they are a breeding pair, lovely cichlids, one of my favourite Viejas.
No sorry i haven't perhaps i should really. I have an idea what i would like to do, but a lot is guess work and seeing which peice of wood blends best.
Regards,
Lee Nuttall.
