RIP all me fish and DATS

Sorry about your lost. Is there anyway that you added anything to the tank that may have been comtaminated? Couple years back I was soaking some driftwood in my back yard and I threw it in my tank. The next day all my dats were dead. My family told me that they smelt poison. The neighbor behind my house is a prick and my pops caught him spraying poison up towards our house. Guess it got on the driftwood and killed my fish. Took me awhile to figure it out.
 
didn't add anything..

just move the water 90% from the 120g and 10% new water. just add aquarium salt so it doesnt stress.

same gravel, and same filter from other tank. nothing new.

my biggest guess are stress. but shouldn't happen to all and within 24rhs though
 
So you tool all the fish out of a 120g and seperated them into a 40b and a 30b? Was there enough aeration? What was the ammonia level when you checked it? Was the 40 and 30 clean and already in use?

yes....my 40g breeder was up and running with 4 small indo in there..so it;s clean and ready.

the 30g breeder are uup and running done cycle for hospital tank.

so i put my big indo and aro in the 40g breeder and the rest are in 30g breeder.

my water was good. don't know why it went hell .
 
Odd that both tanks wiped out at the same time...
 
my family are non smoker...no one smoke and neighter are the guy. but very good thinking.
