losing a fish really sucks.
I lost one in the mid-80s to getting stuck (head first) in the hole in a piece of driftwood. I had to cut him out but he sadly died a couple of weeks later.
Of course that was like a $25 loss... before blue eye plecos were "rare" or expensive...

Wow, that SUCKS... I would've cried if I had a Blue-Eye and it died like that... sorry for your loss... I also think you should get him mounted. You could do what Oddball did and mount him to his piece of driftwood.
