After a 100% water change on my tank to clean the gravel and glass my biggest Temensis died :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry: I checked the water and it was ok but I think it was the stress of moving him cause he was alright today after the move he started to float and died an hour later :cry::cry:
He was around 4"(first pic) when I got him and I had him for 4 months and he is 9"(last pic)
RIP TEMENSIS YOU WILL ALWAYS BE MY FAVORITE PBASS!!!

Im pretty sure it was but this was not first one i should have just kept it at 50 but my gravel was super dirty and i dont have a vac :cry::cry:

do yourself a favour, buy a vac for next time. Sorry to hear about the loss but 100% water changes on a tank with "dirty" gravel is never a good idea, it would have been better to do smaller water changes over the course of a few days.

even if you dont have a vac just get a net or something and just move the gravel around, if you have good filters they will do the work for you

Damn 100% water change...WHY???? Thats what probably did it. Sorry for your loss but take it as a lesson for future fish you keep.
