ive seen musk put off a toxic scent that kills fish before.at least mine did.

really, I never heard that about a musk. Actually I think what killed him was when my dad dropped in an extra froglet which died on the way back from the watergarden/landscaping store. The crappy ate it, and died the next day. However, he was fine in morning, but when I came back from my summer course, he was dead.

Well I am probaly going to go with smaller fish now in the tank, until i catch a small perch.

ya sorry for ur loss dude my pike cichild (favorite fish) was fine before i went to bed. that day i threw in a dozen rosies for him and he choked to death on two of them i woke up in the mournin found him inside his boat with 2 rosies sticking out of his mouth.... jesh. hes in my profile pic
